AI Inspiration Photos
After discussing the visuals and items to be included in the scenes for our Hoverlay final
project, I used AI to generate inspiration ideas for our graduation stage scene.
Audio
I also gathered audio to be used for the different scenes that we will have such as
atmosphere noise, music, and sound effects. This is located in our shared Google Drive
for my team to access when creating our Hoverlay scenes. I will continue finding sounds
for buttons for added effect.

Google Form
I created and sent out a Google Form to gather inspiration quotes and advice from CSUN
alumni to incorporate into our Hoverlay scene to have a mental wellbeing aspect to our
Capstone project. So far we have sent the form out to a classmate with connections to
CSUN alumni and into past class discords. We plan to create a graphic and post the
google form link onto the CSUN EMP Instagram page.

GradFest Tabling
I scheduled and confirmed two dates for our tabling for promoting our first Hoverlay
project at Grad Fest. My team will spend about an hour each demonstrating the ease of
accessing Hoverlay to view our 3D modeled graduation gift basket.
Making Grad Cap Cards
I purchased a table cover for our Grad Fest tabling to enhance the professionalism of our
demonstration setup. We also acquired our QR code stickers that will be used on both our
Grad Fest poster and our final graduation cap card. Trey Fuji, Sara De La Cruz, and I,
Kevlynn Jef erson have so far created 100 cards out of the 500 cards target.
Thanks to our professor Elizabeth Leister, we acquired three Samsung tablets to use for
the demonstration of our Hoverlay project at Grad Fest.
